“Reliable and Ready” REALTOR® since 2016. I was born in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Texas since 1997. When I found out we were moving to Plano, Texas, I remember looking forward to riding a horse to school and a brand-new pair of cowboy boots! I have always loved living in Texas. Texans are warm, welcoming, will take the time to catch up with a friend, and are passionate about their state. Growing up in Plano prepared me to be competitive, quick, and to have a strong work ethic. I graduated from Plano Senior High School with a class of 1251 students. At graduation, I didn’t know the students sitting front, back, left, and right of where I was sitting. I knew that I wanted to live in a city that was smaller, but still had great opportunities.
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Axe’em Jacks! That is where my love for East Texas began. The nature, warm smiles, football games, and community values can't be beat! I truly enjoyed my time in college, but if you asked any of my friends, I was the one who always was at “Club Lib”… also known as the library. I made sure I always did my personal best whether it came to tests, projects, involvement, or being there a friend in need. I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Education 4-8th Math. When I graduated from college, there was a hiring freeze for teachers. I applied to 60 different districts, and I only received one interview; and that was with TylerISD. I am extremely loyal the only city that chose to give me a chance. That is why I chose to build my life in East Texas.
I love being a Broker Associate in East Texas! Relationships are genuine, the area is beautiful, and the market is rockin’! I chose to become a Broker Associate because I wanted a fast paced, competitive career, that allowed me to customize my schedule for my family, friends and clients. I can honestly say that everyday is different in real estate, and I enjoy creating relationships. I am an involved Broker Associate to better the community. Some of the organizations I am involved with are: The Professional Development Committee, and Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee.
When I am not working with my clients, I like to spend quality time with my friends and family doing the following: running, target practice, read and participate in book club, fellowship with bible study, try out the latest restaurant in town with my husband, Travis, and playing with my dachshund Greta.
