There truly is endless possiblilities when you have an additional living space. Sometimes, this is called a "bonus room".
Most importantly, the space needs to be showcased, not your stuff. Having all of your excess "stuff" shoved in the second living room may not showcase this the best.

I was a middle school math teacher in Tyler, Texas. I met my husband, Travis, in Sunday school, and we have been married since September 2016.
