Supporting local business is something that is very important to me. Local business owners live in our community. They are our neighbors. They are our friends. I love the relationships that form over supporting local businesses and restaurants. These are people you can rely on and count on!

Several of my friends have told me in the past:

"Shop at this website, you will save so much money."
"Price check at the store, and buy online, you will save money."
"I never leave my house to shop, it's too inconvenient."

It takes all of us in the local community to keep out local economy strong. I would rather spend more money on an item and KNOW who I am helping, than save money and not help my local neighbor. Plus, if something happens with your purchase, knowing the person to talk to face to face can be a much better experience.

Going to three local businesses is very easy to do! If you haven’t been to the shop yet, it is also a great way to know what that business sells.

  • You do not have to spend hundreds of dollars at the store.
  • Instead of buying coffee from a franchise, purchase from a local coffee shop.
  • Instead of buying clothing from a large online company, purchase from a local boutique.

I encourage you to consider doing this weekend challenge!
