Seasonal Photos of Your Home
Do you have beautiful landscaping? When are the flowers and plants more vibrant? Take pictures of when your outdoor plants look THE BEST! That way, if you choose to sell your home in the winter, you can show how beautiful the flowers look.
Do you decorate your home for the winter holidays? Inside and outside? If you are choosing to sell your home in the summer, some buyers may appreciate additional photos of what your home looks like all dolled up in the winter. Especially Christmas tree placement!
Sunrise and Sunset Photos
Are you ever sitting out on the back patio, and witness a gorgeous sunrise or sunset? Take a picture! Anytime of year. Because, some buyers LOVE sunrises and sunsets, but depending on what time they are seeing the house, they may not get a chance to see one prior to purchasing.
Before and After Remodeling
This is crucial. This will showcase how the property has improved overtime. This goes for bathrooms, kitchen, outside, etc.
Car(s) Parked in Garage
Yes, really. When you are decluttering and depersonalizing your home, sometimes the garage becomes a storage unit. On a day the garage is nice and clean, and your vehicle(s) is parked in the garage, take a picture. This will also help the buyer understand that you CAN fit a vehicle in garage. In addition, I recommend you take measurements to provide buyer as well.

“Reliable and Ready” REALTOR® since 2016. I was born in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Texas since 1997. When I found out we were moving to Plano, Texas, I remember looking forward to riding a horse to school and a brand-new pair of cowboy boots! Growing up in Plano prepared me to be competitive, quick, and to have a strong work ethic.
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. Axe’em Jacks! That is where my love for East Texas began. The nature, warm smiles, football games, and community values can't be beat! I graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I was a middle school math teacher in Tyler, Texas. I met my husband, Travis, in Sunday school, and we have been married since September 2016.
I love being a REALTOR® in East Texas! Relationships are genuine, the area is beautiful, and the market is rockin’! I am an involved REALTOR® to better the community. Some of the organizations I am involved with are: The Professional Development Committee, Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee, and Tyler Educational Networking Group. When I am not working with my clients, I like to spend quality time with my friends and family doing the following: running, target practice, read and participate in book club, and playing with my dachshund Greta.
